If you have received the wrong items or if the items you received are defective, please contact us at info@maevin-uk.com for further assistance.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you can return them within 30 days of receipt, provided that they are in their original and resalable condition.

For returns, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the return shipping costs. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are clearly used, opened, or not in their original condition.

Return Conditions and Guidelines:

• All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
• We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
• Ensure that all returned items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Make sure that all returns are sent using a traceable, insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost during shipping.

Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps:

Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Please include your order number, email address, and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Send your order back. Return the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Be sure to label the package with a track & trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund. Once we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five business days.
