Did you find a Maevin item you absolutely have to have? Great!
Now, choose a color and/or size and click ‘Add to Cart’. Of course, you can continue shopping. You can return to your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the cart icon in the top right corner. Please note: items in your cart are not reserved yet.
Finished shopping? Then it’s time to complete your order. Click on the cart icon in the top right corner to go to your Maevin items. On the next screen, you can adjust quantities if needed. Then click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. You’ll be taken to the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ page where you can enter all your details on one page.
Please note: Once you complete your order, you cannot change it, as it is processed immediately to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Maevin covers the shipping costs, so you pay no shipping fees.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, and you’ll receive the link via email once your order is shipped. It may take a little time for the Track & Trace status to be available.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Maevin aims to deliver products quickly. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is 7-9 business days.
I'M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will remain at DHL or DPD for 7 days. You will receive a message from the driver with the pick-up location. After these 7 days, DHL or DPD will return the package to our warehouse.
ADDRESS ERROR
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so there is a small window to correct a wrong delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect delivery address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If Track & Trace indicates that your package was delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please report this. After 14 days from the indicated delivery date, DPD or DHL will start an investigation, and we will keep you updated until the investigation is completed.
